Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Yavne for a Customer Service & Sales Consultant in the international shipping and relocation industry.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer care, guiding clients through their relocation or shipping process, and coordinating services such as packing, transport, and customs handling.

You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing clear information, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

Strong communication skills, high service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Experience in sales and/or customer support
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Fast learner with a proactive, “ownership” mindset
• Experience in shipping/logistics – advantage (not mandatory)
• High level of English; additional languages – an advantage
