Comblack is recruiting a Chapter Leader Backend !
A senior and impactful role that includes professional leadership of the Backend Chapter, working on core systems in the areas of business credit, foreign trade, digital daily operations, and CRM in an agile, innovative environment with extensive business and technology interfaces.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 4 years of experience in Backend development in complex systems
- Deep mastery of Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with Microservices and Messaging (Kafka / ActiveMQ)
- Professional mentoring and hands‑on technical leadership — required (management experience is a significant advantage)
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, CI/CD, Git, and Jenkins
