Beauty Merchandise Manager
As the Merchandise Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end performance of your assigned categories. You will partner closely with retail planners and Boutique Directors to achieve financial targets, maximize business opportunities, and ensure a strong, market-relevant assortment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full business cycle of assigned categories to meet revenue, margin, and inventory targets
- Develop and optimize assortments through continuous analysis of sales, trends, and market insights
- Collaborate with planners and boutique teams to build strategies that drive category growth
- Oversee order planning, replenishment, and lifecycle management to ensure optimal stock levels
- Maintain strong relationships with fashion suppliers; lead negotiations and long-term partnership development
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and elevate the customer offering
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or Beauty Merchandiser in the Beauty industry
- Deep understanding of fashion market dynamics, trends, and consumer behavior
- Excellent analytical skills; detail-oriented with the ability to see the broader business context
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making
