 The Mission: What You Will Own

 This is a senior, high-impact role with real autonomy:

• Global Bookkeeping:
•  Full-cycle GL ownership up to Trial Balance for Israeli and US entities.
• End-to-End Payroll: Own the in-house payroll cycle (IL & US), including statutory reporting, benefits, and pension processes.
• Finance Operations: Manage A/P, A/R, and multi-currency reconciliations.
• Tech-Stack Mastery: Work daily with Priority/NetSuite and drive efficiency through automation tools like Dokka, Mesh, or Expensify.
• Audit Leadership: Prepare schedules and documentation to ensure we are always audit-ready.

 The Profile: Who You Are

• Experienced: 7+ years of hands-on bookkeeping in global environments (IL + US experience is a must).
• Certified: Bookkeeper Type 3 or equivalent certification.
• Payroll Expert: Proven experience in full-cycle in-house payroll management.
• System Power-User: Deep proficiency in Priority or NetSuite ERP and Advanced Excel.
• Communicator: High-level English (written and verbal).
• Mindset: Proactive, independent, and highly organized.
