🚀 We’re Hiring: Subscription and Upsell Sales Manager for the local Market | SolidCAM HQ

SolidCAM is a worldwide leader in CAM software and Digital Manufacturing, empowering CNC manufacturers and job shops to achieve maximum productivity on the shop floor.

We’re expanding our team at SolidCAM HQ and are looking for a Subscription and Upsell Sales Manager to increase our subscription and upselling sales to existing local SolidCAM customers. This role focuses on increasing recurring revenue and strengthening local customer relationships.

What you’ll do

·       Drive subscription renewals to existing local accounts

·       Upsell new SolidCAM modules and products to existing local customers

·       Manage a structured pipeline, ensuring clear priorities, consistent follow-ups, and strong renewal performance.

What we’re looking for

·       Experience in software sales (manufacturing/industrial market is a plus)

·       Strong communication & relationship-building skills

What success looks like

• Increased subscription renewals and upselling revenue from local customers
• Clear visibility into subscription pipelines and performance
