Junior Procurement Coordinator

We at Edikted are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role. You’ll work closely with international suppliers, coordinate operational processes, and support different teams across the company. Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with suppliers in China and the US, including tracking orders from purchase through delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Logistics, Operations).
• Manage and update data in procurement and inventory systems.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues.
• Support ongoing operational processes within the procurement department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant studies – advantage.
• Strong English skills (written and spoken) – must.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Previous experience in procurement / operations / logistics – advantage, not required.
