Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week from home

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager & Medical Systems Analyst to join a large public healthcare organization. This role combines end-to-end project management with in-depth systems analysis, focusing on complex medical and digital health environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to design, integrate, and implement enterprise-scale healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Prepare detailed functional and system specification documents.
• Lead complex, cross-organizational technology projects from initiation to delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and document computerized processes and complex system interfaces.
• Define and manage integration processes between various organizational systems.
• Act as a full partner in shaping and building enterprise-wide solutions.
• Manage work plans, schedules, and dependencies while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Track system issues and incidents, and take ownership of their resolution.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital health systems and/or systems integration.
• Proven experience in writing functional and system specifications.
• Hands-on experience with systems integration processes, including development support and interface implementation.
• Experience implementing and deploying complex processes and multi-interface systems.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Advantages (Nice to Have)

• Technological background and hands-on experience with medical devices, including implementation and maintenance
• Experience working with medical information systems, including specification writing and ongoing system support
• Strong familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems
• Experience writing SQL queries and advanced stored procedures
