This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with partial work-from-home flexibility. As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and collaborating with clients. You will employ technical recruiting strategies to identify top talent in areas such as R&D, development, and engineering. Building strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience, and understanding market trends will be key aspects of the role.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Strong capabilities in Recruiting and Hiring, especially for technical and specialized roles
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
• Familiarity with the technology industry, including roles such as developers, engineers, and data experts
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a dynamic environment
