SIGINT / ELINT System Engineer

We are looking for a SIGINT / ELINT Systems Engineer to join our team at Military Aircraft Division.

The position includes:

• Leading and participating in development and procurement processes with subcontractors for electronic payloads and SIGINT applications, including ELINT, COMINT, electronic warfare (EW), and radar (SAR/MPR).

• Preparing specifications, conducting design reviews, evaluating and approving engineering documents, performing acceptance tests, and supporting development and verification testing, including data fusion using AI.

• Leading and participating in full end-to-end (E2E) integration of payloads and applications into UAV systems: defining requirements and interfaces, environmental conditions, integration design, testing, and field trials.

• Providing engineering leadership and support in customer-related activities: preparing technical descriptions and engineering responses for marketing needs, writing technical reports and documentation, supporting training, and participating in failure investigations and corrective actions.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics, or Computer Engineering – required

• At least 5 years of experience in developing electronic systems, preferably airborne or military – required

• Experience in product development and integration processes, including writing engineering specifications

• Experience managing subcontractors and customer interfaces

• Advantage: experience leading the development and integration of avionics systems and payloads for aircraft

• Knowledge of airborne intelligence payload systems (payloads and pods)

• Expertise and hands-on experience with RF systems

• Familiarity with UAV systems
