AI Lead Trainer

Elevation is looking for an AI Lead Trainer who will lead and deliver our AI training programs, while also shaping and developing our AI learning domain. As the AI Lead Trainer, you will be responsible for, among others:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver AI courses and workshops on a regular basis, both online and face-to-face.
• Serve as the main AI instructor, with significant hands-on teaching time across multiple cohorts.
• Lead the design Elevation’s AI learning programs and syllabuses.
• Develop training content and teach AI courses and workshops
• Mentor and train other subject-matter experts on how to integrate AI into their professional domains (e.g., Data, Product, HR, etc.)
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous professional development of AI trainers
• Shape the pedagogical vision of AI learning at Elevation and ensure it reflects the latest market and workplace trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with AI tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of how AI transforms work processes and professional domains.
• Experience in teaching, training, or instructional design
• Proven ability to develop learning materials and translate complex technical concepts into accessible, practical learning experiences.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding other trainers or content experts.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
• Passion for learning, innovation, and empowering others through education.
• Availability for flexible working hours (some courses run in the evenings and in both in-person and online formats)
