Bookkeeper

We at Edikted are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting various accounting processes in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily bookkeeping operations under the supervision of the Head Accountant.
• Record journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage petty cash and prepare payments to international suppliers.
• Process supplier invoices and perform reconciliations for suppliers, credit cards, banks, and intercompany accounts.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting records and reports.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite- must.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Certified Bookkeeping Levels 1+2.
• Strong command of Excel.
• Experience working in an international company- an advantage.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
• Full-time position with a hybrid work model (1-2 days from home).
