Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banking,Finance and Project Finsnce Associate at Shibolet & Co., located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Associate will be involved in providing legal analysis, drafting contracts, supporting clients with corporate matters, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The role includes conducting research, attending client meetings, preparing legal documents, and collaborating with team members to deliver tailored legal solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Hebrew
• Familiarity with debt finance, project finance and bsnking law, corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, and legal frameworks in Israel
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• LLB/ Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree; qualified to practice law in Israel
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated client service orientation and ability to build strong professional relationships
• Experience in providing legal counsel to international clients is an advantage
