Quality Assurance Lead

Quality & Delivery Manager | QA Tech Lead

Nesher, Haifa District | Hybrid – 1 day/week on-site

A global product-based SaaS organization in the hospitality domain is undergoing a transformation from manual QA to an automation-first quality strategy and is looking for a senior Quality & Delivery Leader to drive this change.

The Role:

• Lead quality practices across 10 QA engineers embedded in product squads
• Define QA standards, methodologies, and cross-product best practices
• Drive automation adoption and quality culture through influence (no direct management)
• Own test planning, release readiness, and delivery per sprint
• Work closely with Product Managers and Team Leads
• Implement QA tools and actively leverage AI to improve workflows and documentation

Requirements:

• 10+ years of QA experience in product companies (SaaS preferred)
• Proven experience leading QA transformations and scaling quality practices
• Expertise in both manual and automated testing
• Experience as a Tech Lead / influencer in matrix organizations
• Strong technical skills: JavaScript, Python, YAML, Linux / Windows
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with KPIs, metrics-driven decision-making, and OKRs
• Mandatory: Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for productivity
• Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, qTest)
• Hospitality tech experience – a strong advantage
