Vice President Marketing

MAX Security is entering a new growth phase and is looking for a senior, hands on VP of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function end to end.

This is a strategic and operational leadership role, responsible for connecting marketing directly to revenue, building a strong brand, and supporting global growth across complex security and intelligence markets.

What you’ll do

• Define and lead MAX’s global marketing strategy
• Build the marketing organization, structure, and processes
• Translate business and sales goals into clear marketing KPIs
• Own demand generation across inbound and outbound channels
• Strengthen brand positioning and thought leadership
• Lead content, events, messaging, and channel strategy
• Partner closely with Sales and Leadership on pipeline growth
• Manage budget, ROI, and external partners

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of senior marketing experience
• Experience owning pipeline and revenue targets, not only brand metrics
• Proven people management and leadership experience
• Strong background in B2B or services based marketing
• Experience owning pipeline and revenue impact
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands on
• Experience in security, intelligence, cyber, or complex industries is a strong advantage
• Strong storytelling, positioning, and executive communication skills

This role reports directly to company leadership and plays a key role in shaping MAX’s next stage of growth.
