Business Operations Analyst

We’re looking for a highly motivated and curious Business Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations team at Clarivate, reporting to the Director of Business Operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and make an impact in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. You’ll be at the heart of A&G's strategic operations, supporting our global Software business unit and partnering with teams across the organization to drive efficiency, insight, and innovation.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field

• 2+ years of Advanced Excel skills
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or other BI tools.
• Proficiency in English
  
  

It would be great if you also had . . .

• Familiarity with Quote-To-Cash and\or Sales processes
• Prior experience in data analysis or business operations or similar roles
• Experience working in a global organization
• Power BI experience
  
  

What will you be doing in this role?

• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and business insights
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements for process and system enhancements
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions
• Design and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency
• Automate workflows and support infrastructure improvements in Salesforce and other internal systems
• Collaborate with tech and other teams on strategic initiatives and go-to-market activities
• Experiment with AI tools and solutions to enhance business processes and insights
