We’re Hiring: Head of Analytics Department
We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Compensation & Benefits Analytics team. This is a strategic role at the heart of organizational decision-making, combining advanced data analysis, financial modeling, and leadership.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 analysts, ensuring professional growth and high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct complex compensation and benefits analyses across the organization and subsidiaries.
- Build predictive models for salary costs, rewards, and bonuses.
- Deliver analytical reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Support budgeting, workforce planning, and cost evaluation processes.
- Lead projects in process improvement, automation, and digital transformation in the rewards domain.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Statistics (Master’s degree – advantage).
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis and analytics, with expertise in integrating technological interface – required.
- Strong command of Excel and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik).
- Advantage: Experience in large organizations or the healthcare sector.
