Role Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product lifecycle management, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the development and delivery of innovative digital health solutions. Responsibilities include market research, stakeholder engagement, roadmap planning, and ensuring that products align with business goals and customer needs. The Product Manager will also work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of products.

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product features from concept to launch
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Use data, user research, and feedback to inform product decisions and measure success
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective product delivery
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the product experience and performance
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

• 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Strong ability to translate user needs and business goals into product requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile or iterative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage trade-offs
• Familiarity with product discovery, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management

• Experience in SaaS, mobile, or data-driven products
• Background in UX, engineering, or analytics
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, or technical products
• Familiarity with user research methods and experimentation
