As Wonderful scales globally, talent is our single most critical advantage. We are building a proprietary talent operations platform to identify, hire, and work with exceptional people across 30+ countries. This role sits at the center of that effort, directly under the CSO.

Role Overview:

Wonderful is hiring for a Strategic Operations role to work on the company’s most important strategic initiative. This is a high-leverage, high-ownership role for someone who moves quickly, thinks from first principles, and thrives in ambiguity.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people - designing systems, processes, and platforms that do not yet exist, and driving them from concept to reality. This role is ideal for someone with intense entrepreneurial grit who wants direct exposure to company-defining decisions and outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with the senior leadership on top-priority projects
• Be an essential part of building out a proprietary global talent operations platform
• Coordinate across teams, geographies, and external partners
• Act as a central connective layer between leadership, operators, and stakeholders
• Identify inefficiencies, surface insights, and drive structured problem-solving
• Represent Wonderful externally with candidates, partners, and collaborators
• Move fast while maintaining high standards for clarity, judgment, and execution

• On-site in Tel Aviv office, 5 days per week
