We're seeking an IT Specialist to join our team!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of IT support or system administration experience
• Strong skills in PowerShell and Bash scripting
• Deep understanding of Windows Domain Controller, Intune, and cross-platform environments.
• ts.Experience managing EDR and DLP solutions
• Experience managing SaaS tools and enforcing access/security controls
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Python scripting experience
• Familiarity with SSO/SCIM and endpoint security too

Responsibilities:

• Manage, support & troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints
• Administer Intune, Active Directory, and Azure AD (users, groups, policies, etc)
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and secure SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, etc.)
• Manage and maintain EDR and DLP solutions (Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, etc.)
• Create and enforce IT and Security policies across all platforms
• Maintain IT asset inventory.
• Create and maintain a knowledge base documentation.
