About the Position

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong hands-on execution capabilities, who will lead FinSite’s marketing activities end-to-end and play a key role in the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FinSite’s marketing activities from strategy definition to hands-on execution.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
• Work with and manage external marketing vendors (website development, design, freelancers) according to business needs.
• Create marketing content such as LinkedIn and social media posts, newsletters, landing and more.
• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to support pipeline growth and product positioning.
• Measure, analyze, and continuously optimize marketing performance (leads, conversions).
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Performance / PPC / Social Media in B2B environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of independence, and the ability to lead processes from idea to execution.
• Strong marketing writing skills in Hebrew and English.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Very high level of English – reading, writing, and speaking.
• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory (Communications / Business Administration / related fields).
• A valid driver’s license and access to a car – required
• Experience with Fintech / Finance / ERP / SaaS – a significant advantage.
