Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join Reality’s Marketing team and play a key role in shaping the visual language of the group.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys working across a wide range of materials - from presentations and reports to digital assets - within an established, professional brand environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design core marketing and communication materials across digital and print
• Create executive and marketing presentations
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language aligned with the brand
• Design digital assets for various platforms
• Support ongoing marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design (digital and print)
• Experience working with marketing briefs and adapting visual messages to different audiences and platforms
• Proven experience in building and maintaining a consistent brand visual language
• Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma, Canva Pro, After Effects - an advantage
• Familiarity with AI-based creative and automation tools - an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and high design standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Portfolio required
