Information Technology Specialist

We’re hiring IT Specialist

A fast-growing startup based in Tel Aviv is looking for an IT Specialist to join our team. This is a solo IT role, reporting directly to the IT Manager, with full responsibility for end-user support, infrastructure operations, and the overall technological workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support for ~250 users, including onboarding/offboarding, hardware, and software support
• Work in a mixed environment of Mac and Windows devices
• Handle basic network administration, including experience with Fortinet
• Manage Okta configurations, operations, and lifecycle processes
• Administer MDM systems such as JumpCloud or Kandji
• Operate and maintain EDR solutions
• Manage SaaS applications and user provisioning
• Develop and maintain scripts, Okta Workflows, and integrations via APIs
• Work daily with Google Workspace tools and settings

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in similar IT roles
• Proven hands-on experience with Okta, MDM, EDR, Fortinet, and Google Workspace
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
