Criaterra, a startup developing eco-innovative building materials, is looking for a hands-on Material Science Lab / Production Assistant to support day-to-day lab and production activity of Criaterra products for buildings.

This is not a desk/computer role—it's a physical, on-the-floor position in a manufacturing

environment.

What you’ll do

• Support ongoing materials lab operations and routine work
• Perform basic experiments and recurring tests
• Prepare materials for experiments
• Operate lab instruments and tools
• Keep accurate records, follow procedures, and track results
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the lab
• Work collaboratively with production teams and management

Minimum requirements

• Full high-school matriculation (Bagrut) – required
• No previous experience required
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive tests for most of the workday

• Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• High personal responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fast learner with strong understanding of procedures
• Ability to run multiple tests/experiments in parallel
• Strong safety and deadline discipline
• Good technical ability (troubleshooting and problem-solving during new experiments)

Nice to have (not required)

• Prior lab experience (academic or industrial)
• Familiarity with standard lab equipment
