We're looking for an IT Specialist to join us!

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Strong skills in PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Deep understanding of Windows Domain Controller, Intune, and cross-platform environments.
• Experience managing EDR and DLP solutions.
• Experience managing SaaS tools and enforcing access/security controls.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  
  

• Python scripting experience.
• Familiarity with SSO/SCIM and endpoint security tools.
  
  

• Manage, support & troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
• Administer Intune, Active Directory, and Azure AD (users, groups, policies).
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and secure SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, SalesForce etc.)
• Manage and maintain EDR and DLP solutions (Microsoft Defender, Crowdstrike etc.)
• Create and enforce IT and Security policies across all platforms.
• Maintain IT asset inventory.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation
