The Job

As a Commercial Finance Broker, your primary mission is to hunt. You will be proactively cold calling CEOs and Managing Directors across the UK to identify their funding needs. This isn't just cold calling and pitching, it’s strategic consultation when you have a prospect on the phone. You will be listening to them to understand their business, pitching and structuring financial solutions from unsecured business loans to lines of credit and building trust with high-level decision-makers to move deals through the pipeline.

Presence: You possess a natural authority on the phone. You don't just "call" leads; you lead them.

Rapport Builders: You can turn a "cold" dial into a warm relationship in under 60 seconds.

The Mindset: You are competitive, ambitious, and slightly obsessed with being #1.

Communication: Fluent, articulate, and persuasive English is required.

The Lifestyle (UK Market Hours)

We value high intensity over long hours.

Monday – Thursday: 11am – 7pm (In-office, Netanya)

Friday: 11am – 3pm (Remote / Work From Home)
