We are looking for an experienced Business Application Analyst to join a global company as part of a professional team of four analysts.

This role combines strong business understanding, hands-on system work, and end-to-end project leadership across the organization.

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and design integrated technological solutions
• Lead projects end-to-end: requirements gathering, information analysis, sales and web traffic data analysis, process mapping, and workflow design
• Use analytical tools to generate insights and continuously improve business processes
• Ensure optimal system support for business needs and operational efficiency
• Perform hands-on configuration and optimization of business applications, including Monday.com, CRM systems, AMOS, HRIS, and additional tools
• Stay up to date with market trends, technologies, and innovation, including competitive landscape analysis
• Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors and technology partners
• Train and support employees on new systems and technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles, including a minimum of 2 years in business systems analysis
• At least 5 years of experience in business process analysis
• Proven experience with system integrations or application infrastructure
• Strong understanding of sales, finance, and operational processes
• End-to-end project management experience, including workflow design, automation, and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Technical background including HTML, basic coding knowledge, WordPress, CRM and Marketing Automation systems – an advantage
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, including verbal communication
• Willingness to travel abroad (Europe) approximately 4 times per year
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, high level of self-motivation, and ability to learn independently
