Senior Algorithm Engineer 

We are looking for a brilliant Senior Algorithm Engineer to join an elite R&D team tackling some of the most complex challenges in Computer Vision today. In this role, you won't just implement models, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world products, working alongside top researchers to turn novel ideas into market-leading AI solutions.

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Innovation: Lead image and video processing algorithm research and development from the initial concept phase through to full-scale product deployment.
• Advanced Perception: Develop sophisticated algorithms for perception, spatial understanding, and autonomous decision-making using a blend of deep neural networks and classical CV techniques.
• System Engineering: Take ownership of the complete algorithmic system, integrating multiple models and optimizing end-to-end performance for specific product needs.
  
  

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on industry experience developing Computer Vision algorithms and Neural Networks/Deep Learning models.
• Education: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Technical Mastery: Extensive R&D experience in deep learning solutions within the computer vision domain.
• Specialization: Deep expertise in at least one of the following:
• Object Detection & Tracking
• Semantic Segmentation
• Camera Calibration
• SLAM / State Estimation / Sensor Fusion
• Generative Models (GANs) or Pose Estimation
• Production Ready: Demonstrated expertise in implementing ML/DL solutions in production environments using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Coding Skills: 4+ years of professional development experience in Python.
