תיאור משרה

• ביצוע ניסויים , הזרקות ניסיון, מעבר מפיתוח לייצור
• הגדרת בדיקות האיכות הרצויות עבור חלקי הפלסטיק בהתאמה לשרטוטים וכתיבת דוחות בהתאם
• הגדרת תהליכי עבודה ונהלים (כולל כתיבת נהלים ועידכונם)
• שיפור מתמיד של תהליכי איכות ומדידות במחלקה
• צמצום בזבוזים לפי מתודולוגיית ה-Lean
• ניהול סיכונים (PFMEA)
• ניהול חריגות ואי התאמות
• ביצוע חקר כשל, תלונות של לקוחות פנימיים וחיצוניים
• קידום פרויקטים מפעליים
• ניטור ומדידה של כשלים בתהליך - SPC
• ביצוע וליווי מבדקים פנימיים וחיצוניים
• תמיכה בהזרקות אצל קבלני משנה
• תחזוקה שוטפת של ציוד מדידה, ניהול ג'יגים : תכנון, הזמנה וביצוע
• חניכת עובדים והכשרתם
• מתן מענה והנחיה מקצועית במקרים של בעיות בתהליך
• ליווי של SETUP בעייתיים / מיוחדים/ הזרקה ראשונה / לפי הצורך
  
  

• השכלה רלוונטית- מכונות/ פלסטיק/ תעשייה וניהול/ חומרים/ כימיה
• מהנדס איכות/ הסמכת CQE- יתרון משמעותי
• ידע טכני- הבנה בתהליכי ייצור, קריאת שרטוטים- חובה
• היכרות עם תקן ISO-9001- חובה
• הכרות וניסיון עם מתודולוגיית ה-Lean- יתרון
• הכרות עם תהליכי ייצור בטכנולוגיות הזרקה וניפוח פלסטיק- יתרון משמעותי
• ניסיון בתחום האיכות בתעשייה- חובה
• יכולת עבודה עם ריבוי ממשקים ומשימות
  
  

• Conducting experiments, trial injections, and transition from development to production
• Defining required quality inspections for plastic parts in accordance with drawings and preparing corresponding reports
• Defining work processes and procedures (including writing and updating procedures)
• Continuous improvement of quality and measurement processes within the department
• Waste reduction according to Lean methodology
• Risk management (PFMEA)
• Managing deviations and nonconformities
• Performing failure analysis and handling internal and external customer complaints
• Promoting and leading plant-wide projects
• Monitoring and measuring process failures - SPC
• Conducting and supporting internal and external audits
• Supporting injection molding activities at subcontractors
• Ongoing maintenance of measuring equipment; management of jigs: design, ordering, and implementation
• Training and mentoring employees
• Providing professional guidance and support in cases of process issues
• Supporting and accompanying problematic/special setups, first injections, or as required
  
  

• Relevant education - Mechanical Engineering / Plastics Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management / Materials Science / Chemistry
• Quality Engineer / CQE certification - a significant advantage
• Technical knowledge - understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to read technical drawings - mandatory
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standard - mandatory
• Knowledge and experience with Lean methodology - an advantage
• Familiarity and experience with plastic injection and blow molding manufacturing technologies - a significant advantage
• Experience in quality assurance within an industrial/manufacturing environment - mandatory
• Ability to work with multiple interfaces and tasks simultaneously
• Assertiveness, teamwork skills, ability to motivate employees, and excellent interpersonal skills
