Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, for Senior Leaders in AdTech, CTV, and Programmatic. As a senior leader, you will drive strategy and execution in building scalable systems for AdTech, work closely with founding teams, and provide mentorship. Responsibilities include overseeing DSP, CTV, and AI-powered advertising projects, guiding product development, and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. You will also be involved in business development, market entry strategies, and hiring support.

Qualifications

• Experience in DSP (Demand Side Platforms) and CTV (Connected TV) technologies
• Expertise in AI-powered advertising and programmatic systems
• Strong strategic and operational skills in AdTech
• Proven track record in product development and project management
• Business development and market entry experience
• Ability to mentor and lead founding teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Previous leadership experience in AdTech or related industries is highly desirable
