Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer sucsses Intern for a full time / half time unpaid for 3 months of internship,( after the 3 month will be given offer for a full time paid job) , on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The intern will assist in providing top-notch customer service, respond to customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and support customers via phone and other communication channels. Additional responsibilities include enhancing customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of the support team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Customer Support and focused on delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Knowledge of Customer Service practices and strategies to improve Customer Experience
• Strong skills in web Etiquette and effective communication
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt in a customer-oriented environment
