Job Description:

Full Stack Developer Backend-oriented (React & Nest.js)

We are seeking an experienced, self-sufficient

Full Stack JavaScript Lead Developer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in React for frontend development and Nest.js for backend development, along with strong knowledge of Databases, specifically, PostgreSQL and Redis, using AI tools and Vibe Coding like Kiro, Cursor, and Windsurf.

AI & Development Workflow Requirements

• Proficient in using Cursor or Claude Code, with daily usage strongly preferred

• Hands-on experience working with large language models, including OpenAI APIs or similar providers

• Strong ability to leverage AI to accelerate development, debug faster, and improve code quality

• Experience with AI-assisted development approaches such as vibe coding, MCP, Codex, and workflow automation

• Ability to turn AI into real productivity gains, not just experimentation

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Nest.js.

Design and implement RESTful APIs, Webooks, and asynchronous events.

You will take full Ownership of features and the entire system in the areas of your expertise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development.

Familiarity with TailwindCSS and Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Vite, Context API, Hooks).

Solid understanding of TypeScript and its application in both frontend and backend development.

Proven experience with NestJS (or similar frameworks)

Advanced experience with PostgreSQL, including TypeORM

Advanced experience with Redis and Redis-based queues like Bull

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Expert on working and leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, Vibe coding, MCP, Codex, etc..

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with microservices architecture.

Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and writing unit/integration tests.
