Assistant Controller

Teralight, a leading company in the renewable energy and solar power sector, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Controller to join our Finance team and take part in building a more sustainable future.

About the Role

The Assistant Controller will play a key role in the financial reporting and control processes of the Group, including the parent company and its subsidiaries. The position involves close collaboration with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and multiple internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the parent company and its subsidiaries
• Ongoing collaboration with external auditors on audit, accounting, and tax matters
• Preparation of corporate income tax reports and responsibility for ongoing regulatory filings
• Preparation of monthly financial reports and management of month-end closing processes
• Working closely with multiple internal interfaces, including Operations, HR, and Legal departments

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Big 4 background required
• Completed internship (post-qualification) – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and reporting requirements under the Israeli Securities Authority
• Experience in a project-based or project-oriented reporting environment
• Strong task management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional interfaces and drive processes
• High level of accountability, systems-oriented thinking, and cognitive flexibility
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
