We’re looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Solution Engineer — someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, can translate complex DevOps challenges into clear solutions, and knows how to make technology work for the customer.

🔧 What You’ll Do

1. Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering

• Collaborate with Account Executives to design tailored DevOps solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions, demos, and technical presentations.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical scopes and architectures.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

• Act as the trusted technical advisor for our customers.
• Understand business pain points and propose DevOps-driven solutions.
• Build long-term trust through expertise and clear communication.

3. Proposal & Architecture Support

• Develop technical documentation, architecture designs, and SOWs.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Work closely with engineering teams to validate feasibility and delivery approach.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Ensure a smooth handoff from pre-sales to delivery.
• Provide product and market feedback to improve our solutions.
• Help create reusable demos, templates, and technical assets.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in a DevOps, Solutions Architect, or technical pre-sales role
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and cloud security
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complex concepts
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in a startup, SaaS, or B2B environment is a plus
• AWS / DevOps certifications – strong advantage
