Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director to join our Bingo Bash team. The position can be based in India (preferably Bangalore), one of Scopely’s EU corporate offices (Spain, Portugal, UK, Ireland), or Tel Aviv, Israel.

Bingo Bash is a highly international team working on the biggest video game from India to date (measured by revenue). Here you will work on a top-grossing F2P game with significant and growing daily revenues, and help create fresh content for our players.

What You’ll Do

You will own the creative direction and design vision for a paramount evolution of the 2nd biggest Bingo game in the world: Bingo Bash. This role sits at the center of product, design, and narrative, shaping the envelope of the experience while partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to bring it to life. You’ll craft experiences that are engaging, intuitive, and rewarding for a huge audience every day.

• Define and champion the creative vision across world/setting, narrative framing, core/meta design direction, and player experience.
• Partner with product and feature leads to translate vision into clear systems, features, and content that move KPIs.
• Define and prioritize goals, provide guidance during development, and approve completed design work
• Ensure alignment with art direction; safeguard consistency, taste, and cohesion across the game.
• Directly manage and develop a small team of designers/creatives (3-4 initially), growing the function over time.
• Provide crisp decision-making on creative and design matters, while fostering strong partnerships across the studio.
• Drive the MAYA balance: modern, fresh, and globally appealing while still accessible and familiar to existing Bingo Bash players.
• Elevate the emotional and experiential qualities of the game; charm, character, clarity, and momentum.
• Champion a culture of iteration, playtesting, and refinement to achieve excellence.

• Proven design and creative leadership in free-to-play games, with experience at both inception and scale.
• Strong ability to craft and communicate compelling creative direction.
• Ability to learn and master new tools and techniques
• Deep empathy for players and a clear taste for modern, accessible, character-driven experiences.
• Confident decision-maker with excellent partnership skills.
• Thrives in collaborative environments and brings energy, clarity, and purpose to teams
• If not based in Bangalore India, ability and willingness for extensive travel to Bangalore (expect > 40% travel days during the first months in the role).
