What Will You Do?

In short: You'll be responsible for everything Microsoft 365 in the organization

In detail:

• End-to-end M365 environment management - Intune, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Microsoft Copilot implementation (yes, we're there! Advanced stages)
• Entra ID (Azure AD) management - users, groups, policies, conditional access
• Intune/Endpoint Manager - policies, device management, MAM/MDM
• Security and DLP policy implementation
• Troubleshooting and user support (yes, even the CEO calls us)
• Participation in exciting projects - migrations, rollouts, POCs

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must Have:

• 2-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 management/support
• Intune/Endpoint Manager - device and application management
• Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint - strong level
• Entra ID/Azure AD - users, groups, conditional access
• High-level English - documentation, technical reading
• Problem Solving - you love technical challenges
• Teamwork ability - Communication is key!

Big Advantage:

• Microsoft Copilot - experience/familiarity
• PowerShell - automation and scripting
• Azure - AD Connect, App Proxy, Conditional Access
• Security & Compliance - DLP, Information Protection, MFA
• Experience in financial organizations - understand regulations
• Microsoft certifications - MS-900, MS-102, SC-300, AZ-104

Bonus Points:

• Power Platform - Power Automate, Power Apps
• Sentinel / Defender - SOC/Security experience
