The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of bookkeeping and financial administration for our company. This role includes responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance with Israeli tax and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will:

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations using Priority ERP
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Oversee collections
• Perform bank, credit card, and clearing account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and annual closing activities
• Prepare and submit reports to external accountants and management
• Maintain orderly and compliant financial documentation
• Prepare and submit VAT reports, withholding tax and other tax reportings
• Other ad hock tasks as necessary

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Bookeeper
• Hands-on experience working with Priority
• Solid understanding of Israeli bookkeeping, VAT, and tax requirements
• Proven experience with collections and customer payment follow-ups
• Strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the bookkeeping function
