We’re looking for a hands-on, business-oriented BI Analyst to become Vega’s first BI hire and build our data foundation from the ground up. In this high-impact, foundational role, you will design and own Vega’s BI ecosystem end-to-end- from integrating operational systems and developing our data infrastructure to creating dashboards, defining core metrics, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the company. You’ll shape how Vega operates as a metrics-driven organization and build the “brain” that powers performance, insights, and long-term growth, with significant room to influence, expand, and lead.

What You Will Do

• Build and own Vega’s BI infrastructure end-to-end
• Connect all operational systems into a unified BI platform
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Define KPIs and establish a company-wide data language
• Perform analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports and analytics
• Work closely with BizOps, Sales, Marketing, GTM, Product, Finance, and R&D
  
  

• 4+ years of BI experience with tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with data modeling
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and BI architecture
• Proven ability to integrate multiple systems and build data pipelines
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Comfortable working independently and building from scratch
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with an all-around-player mentality.
