Showroom Manager – Lexus Select (Pre-Owned Vehicles)

We are seeking a Showroom Manager to lead the Lexus Select showroom – our premium pre-owned vehicle division .Israel’s thriving business hub.

Role Description

Full responsibility for managing a Profit & Loss unit in the pre-owned vehicle sales domain

Leading and achieving business and operational targets of the sales consultant teams

Driving and optimizing end-to-end sales processes – work routines, procedures, sales funnels, and performance metrics

Professional and personal management of the showroom team, including coaching, feedback, and

Monitoring and controlling the sales process in accordance with Lexus global manufacturer standards (KIWAMI)

Leading cross-functional projects and departmental initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and headquarters teams

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience managing a showroom in the automotive industry

(significant advantage for experience in the luxury segment)

Bachelor’s degree – an advantage

Strong commercial mindset with a solid understanding of financing solutions

Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
