Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ramat Gan for a Product Manager working on HopOn’s B2B digital products, including mobile applications (iOS and Android), web platforms, and on-demand mobility services used by transport operators, municipalities, and enterprise partners.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of cross-platform products that support real-time operations, service management, and on-demand workflows. You will define and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features based on customer value and business impact, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

You will work hands-on with engineering teams, understanding system architecture, technical constraints, and trade-offs in order to design pragmatic, high-quality products. You’ll gather requirements from internal stakeholders and external customers, translate complex operational and technical needs into clear product definitions, and ensure a consistent experience across mobile and web platforms.

Additionally, you will use product data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement, performance optimization, and innovation - particularly in areas such as service reliability, real-time decision-making, and platform scalability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager for mobile and web applications, preferably in B2B or enterprise products

• Technical background or prior experience as a developer, engineer, or in a highly technical role, with the ability to understand system design, APIs, data flows, and technical trade-offs

• Experience working on on-demand, real-time, or operationally complex products, such as mobility, transportation, logistics, or dispatch systems

• Strong understanding of iOS, Android, and web platforms, including cross-platform product strategy

• Strong skills in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and end-to-end product lifecycle management

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and other cross-functional partners (UX/UI, QA, data, operations)

• Ability to gather and synthesize requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into actionable, technically sound product plans

• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs and operational metrics

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and release processes across mobile app stores and web environments

• Strong understanding of UX principles for operational, enterprise, and service-based products

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a relevant Master’s degree is a plus
