Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a Head of Product. In this role, the Head of Product will lead the development and implementation of the product strategy, ensure market fit through rigorous research, and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle. Responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams, aligning product priorities with the company’s strategic goals, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize products. The individual will play a key role in building a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product team.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management to define and execute product vision, roadmaps, and goals.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience in Market Research and the ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating across teams, presenting ideas, and aligning stakeholders.
• high exprience in UI/UX with proven results in this skills
• Background in leading teams or complex projects and delivering on ambitious goals.
• Experience in the AI or SaaS industry is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, or Product Design.
• large bonus if had some kind of exprience with a scale from 50-1000 hands on saas product
