Arena, a PTC Business, is seeking a bilingual sales professional based in Israel to join our team as a Hybrid Account Executive & Account Manager. This role will be split evenly between acquiring new business and managing existing customer relationships within the Israeli market. This role will report directly to the global GTM leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Spend 50% of time identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in Israel.
- Spend 50% of time managing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets through both new sales and account expansion.
- Build executive relationships and manage full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored Arena solutions.
- Lead quoting, deal desk collaboration, and product demos.
- Utilize Salesforce for lead management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to accelerate deal closure and customer success.
- Participate in enablement and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS and PLM sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proven track record in both new business acquisition and account growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence.
- Fluency in Hebrew preferred; English proficiency required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ tools, Gainsight, and other sales platforms.
- Ability to travel within Israel up to 25% for customer engagements and events.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and collaborative approach.
