SodaStream: Commercial Lawyer

SodaStream’s legal department is expanding and seeking an experienced and talented Commercial Lawyer to join our team. You will provide day-to-day legal advice to the company’s business units and stakeholders and draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements. 90% of the day-to-day work is in English.

Responsibilities (English)

• Negotiate draft and review various commercial agreements and transactional documentation.
• Support SodaStream’s various business activities and objectives.
• Provide commercial legal advice to the company, its subsidiaries, stakeholders, and global markets.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects.
• This is a non-management position.
  
  

• License to practice law in Israel.
• At least 5 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel in a global company or as a lawyer in a leading law firm's commercial department.
• Excellent legal writing and speaking capabilities both in English and Hebrew.
  
  

• Experienced in collaborating with global teams and coordinating with external law firms across multiple jurisdictions.
