Senior Marketing Analyst

Bakara is a leading consulting company specializing in media planning, auditing, and marketing analysis. We partner with Israel’s largest advertisers to optimize their media investments through data-driven strategies.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our professional team. This is a key role that bridges the gap between complex data infrastructures and high-level business decision-making.

The Impact You'll Have:

• Strategic Partnership: Act as a data consultant for CMOs and Marketing Directors of leading brands, managing large-scale budgets and high-stakes KPIs.
• End-to-End Analysis: Lead the entire data lifecycle, from tracking implementation and data processing to visual storytelling and actionable insights.
• Optimization: Drive growth through A/B testing, UI/UX analysis, and performance auditing to refine marketing strategies.
• Data Architecture: Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reporting systems using advanced BI tools.

Yout Tech Stack & Skillset:

• Data Querying: Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Google BigQuery.
• Measurement Tools: Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Visualization: Hands-on experience with Google Looker Studio or similar BI platforms.
• Marketing Ecosystem: Deep understanding of major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate quantitative data into clear, strategic recommendations for C-level executives.

Qualifications:

• B.A./B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing data analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advantages: Experience with mobile attribution (Appsflyer/Firebase) or internal organizational BI systems.
