Our AI-powered platform helps marketing and creative teams understand what works - and why - by analyzing every ad creative and surfacing actionable insights faster than ever before. Backed by data and driven by creativity, we’re reshaping how modern teams run performance marketing.
Upspring is built by serial entrepreneurs, and we’ve been putting serious time into GTM lately. The early results are strong - we’re already working closely with top-notch brands and agencies across the industry.
Now it’s time to bring on our first growth hire.
This isn’t a “follow the playbook” role. It’s for someone scrappy, technical, and hungry.
Someone who’s shipped GTM experiments before, some that worked, some that didn’t - whether at a startup or through their own side projects.
You’ll own everything growth:
- Outbound and pipeline (including classic BDR-style motion)
- Funnels, experiments, partnerships, conferences — whatever moves the needle
- Heavy use of AI-powered growth tools (Clay, n8n, Perplexity, automations, etc.)
This is a true builder role with real ownership, autonomy, and upside.
You’ll be the first GTM hire, helping shape how Upspring grows from the ground up.
