We are looking for a Mid-Level Flutter Developer who is allergic to spaghetti code and ready to impact a product used by hundreds of thousands of users.

Work Model We believe in a "Gradual Onboarding":

• Phase 1 (First 2 Months): Flexible / Part-Time scope.
• Phase 2: Immediate transition to a Full-Time, long-term position upon successful integration.

What You Will Do

• Own Your Code: Take features from concept to production with full ownership.
• Elevate the Standard: Work with existing codebases to perform critical refactoring, bug fixes, and performance improvements using SOLID principles.
• Integrate & Scale: seamless integration with RESTful APIs to support a massive user base.
• Collaborate: Work independently but stay aligned with a team that values precision.

What We Are Looking For (The Non-Negotiables)

• Experience:
• 3+ years of Flutter development experience (Must)
• 1+ years Node.js development experience (Must)
• Experience with AI Tools like Claude Code or Cursor (Must)
• Deep understanding of Clean Code architecture and SOLID principles.
• Proven experience working with complex API integrations.
• Mindset:
• You are detail-oriented, independent, and take pride in "invisible" quality (code structure, performance).
