Sales Representative - financial services

We are looking for a quality-driven Sales Representative to join a growing company in the payments and financial services space.

This role is ideal for professionals who believe in consultative, service-oriented sales and are looking for a stable place to grow, develop, and build a long-term career.

In this position, you will work with highly relevant potential clients, focusing on understanding their needs and guiding them through a professional, non-aggressive sales process. The emphasis is on relationship building, trust, and delivering real value.

What you will be doing:

• Contacting potential business clients and presenting tailored solutions in a consultative manner.
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Providing a high level of service throughout the process and maintaining a positive client experience.
• Working closely with internal teams in a supportive, professional environment.
• Growing your sales skills in a company that encourages internal mobility and long-term development.

Work conditions & compensation:

• Base salary: 8,000 ILS.
• Commission model under construction, with an expected average of around 5,000 ILS per month.
• Commission guarantee of 3,000 ILS for the first three months.
• Full-time position, One work-from-home day per week possible.
• Office-based role only, no field work.
• Location: Netanya, near Sapir train station.
