Donor Recognition Team Manager

We are looking for an inspiring and hands-on leader to head our Donor Recognition Team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how the University celebrates and connects with its global community of supporters.

The Donor Recognition Team Manager ensures that every donor experiences meaningful appreciation and a deep understanding of their impact. The role combines creativity, strategy, and teamwork — leading a talented team that produces outstanding donor reports, signage, events, and digital content. The position works closely with Friends Associations around the world, University leadership, and fundraising partners across faculties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the University’s donor recognition and stewardship strategy.

• Ensure high-quality, timely, and personalized donor communications — from reports to digital experiences.

• Oversee production of recognition materials and signage, working with designers, writers, and vendors.

• Integrate creative digital tools such as videos, interactive reports, and online platforms.

• Use Salesforce and Monday.com to manage recognition data and workflows.

• Collaborate closely with Friends Associations and internal partners to align recognition efforts worldwide.

• Mentor and empower a professional team to deliver their best work.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 5 years of proven leadership and team management experience.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong English writing skills, especially for donor correspondence and reports.

• Experience in donor relations, stewardship, or fundraising – an advantage.

• Native-level English and high-level Hebrew; other languages – an advantage.

• Experience with international donors and multicultural environments.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Monday.com – an advantage.

• Creative, strategic, and flexible mindset, with availability beyond regular hours when needed.
