תיאור משרה

ניהול ישיר של כלל העובדים במשמרת כולל דיווחי נוכחות.

• בניית סידור עבודה לפי תחנות.
• פיקוח על ביצוע פרוצדורות איכות בתחנות העבודה תחת מחלקת איכות.
• יכולות הבנה וניתוח בעיות איכות, ניהול צווארי בקבוק, מתן מענה מקצועי לבעיות איכות ועבודה במערכות הממוחשבות השונות.
• הובלת תהליכי שיפור והתייעלות תפעולים כדרך חיים על ידי חשיבה יצירתית, ירידה לפרטים, יכולת התבוננות בתהליכי עבודה ומקצועיות בלתי מתפשרת.
• וידוא עמידה ביעדים פר תחנה, שמירה על כללי הבטיחות במשמרת (נהלי בטיחות, אטמי אוזניים, ביגוד, וכו'). פיקוח על ביצוע בדיקות שגרתיות בקווי הייצור כחלק משימור תהליך הQC ברצפת הייצור.
• שימור עובדים, הובלת תהליכי שיפור והתייעלות כולל פרויקטי חיסכון.
• ניתוח נתוני איכות באופן יומי ויצירת דוחות איכות במערכות ממוחשבות.
• פתיחת אי התאמות לבעיות איכות בתהליך.
• ניהול ניסויים לצורך שיפורי תהליך .
  
  

• נסיון ניהולי במסגרת עבודת משמרות וניהול צוותים בתחום האיכות
• יכולת עמידה מול קהל וכושר ביטוי גבוה.
• יכולת עבודה מול ממשקים ואוכלוסיות מגוונות.
• יכולת עבודה על מערכות ממוחשבות- חובה
• אנגלית (קריאה ברמה טובה) - יתרון.
  
  

• Direct management of all employees during shifts, including attendance reporting.
• Creating and maintaining work schedules by station.
• Supervising quality procedures across workstations within the Quality Department.
• Identifying and analyzing quality issues, managing bottlenecks, and providing professional solutions using various computerized systems.
• Leading continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives through creative thinking, attention to detail, process observation, and uncompromising professionalism.
• Ensuring station-specific performance targets are met, while enforcing safety rules and regulations (safety procedures, ear protection, uniforms, etc.).
• Overseeing routine inspections on production lines as part of maintaining the QC process on the production floor.
• Employee retention and engagement, while leading improvement and cost-saving projects.
• Daily analysis of quality data and generating computerized quality reports.
• Issuing non-conformance reports for quality issues within processes.
• Managing trials and experiments aimed at process improvements.
  
  

• Proven managerial experience in shift-based work and leading teams in the field of Quality.
• Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse interfaces and populations.
• Proficiency in working with computerized systems - mandatory.
• Good reading level in English - advantage.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in a similar organization or a minimum of 2 years as a line supervisor.
