A Technical Support student in the labs provides essential technical assistance to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting with the installation and configuration of lab equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation of support activities. The student will also collaborate with team members to improve support processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the lab environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Computer Science/Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering - At least 2 years left till graduation and availability for 4 days a week. - Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems. - Experience in platform assembly and installation. - Ability to work effectively within a team. - Strong customer support skills. - Meticulous attention to detail. - Effective time management abilities. - This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to the technical support team within the labs.
