Director of Finance

This is a high-impact position responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and work with world-class teams dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance
• Provide strategic insights based on financial data and market trends
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and support growth initiatives
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and profitability analyses
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and implement financial best practices
• Oversee and mentor the finance team to support operational excellence
• Utilize financial systems and tools to support analysis and reporting needs
  
  

• Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and business acumen
• Demonstrated experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience with financial systems (NetSuite is an advantage)
• Ability to work effectively in both Hebrew and English (required)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and support multiple stakeholders
